The implementation team will be part of the Committee of Monitoring and rapid intervention founded on the project, for a better coordination and direction of the social cases – it will work under the coordination of the General Department of Social Assistance and Child Protection Iasi and Vaslui for elaborating the annual plan of social services, an obligation established by the Law on Social Assistance. ”I believe this project will turn to profit your experience in reducing social exclusion – declared Mrs. E.S. Tove Bruvik WESTBERG – ambassador of Norway in Romania. “This is the second ambitious project on which many organizations from Iasi get united and put together resources and experiences. We have grown to another level and we have learnt that it is more efficient for an NGO to get involved as a partner in a big project and give the best, rather than develop small projects and risking to double a service in a community. This project permits us to provide integrated services and to have a multi-disciplinary answer to the major problems of the community. The presence of the public institutions as partners also indicates the development of the social services sector, due to the fact that it places the public and private sector in a natural relation of collaboration. Thank you, Your Excellency, for your support and for honouring us with your presence at our event.” – declared Mrs. Angela Achitei, President of ADV Romania Foundation.
