For three months (during the period June – September 2016), 6 young people from vulnerable groups, among which Roma young people, with ages between 16 and 29 years, are participating to an internship at Util Deco – the social enterprise of ADV Romania, at the manual bookbinding workshop and at the service of physical and electronical archiving and documents deposit. The purpose of the internship is to develop abilities and competencies in order to facilitate the transition of the young people towards the free labour market. At the end of the internship program, the young people will also benefit of job coaching from the ADV specialists, so that, according to the obtained results, at least 2 of the 6 young people receive support to get employment. Moreover, these young people will be assisted for a better adaptation and to take hold of responsibilities at the new job. These two services (internship and coaching) are operating within the Agency for preparation, placement and assistance at the job, agency established through the project „Partnership for inclusion”. On this project, several complex activities are made, in order to improve the social and professional inclusion of the youth with ages between 16 and 29 years, coming from vulnerable groups from the counties: Iasi, Vaslui, Constanta and Mures, especially from the rural area. The project “Partnership for inclusion” is developed during the period December 2014 – October 2016, by a consortium of 9 institutions – Alaturi de Voi Romania Foundation – applicant, in partnership with: The General Department of Social Assistance and Child Protection Iasi, The General Department of Social Assistance and Child Protection Vaslui, Alternative Sociale Association, SalvatiCopiii Association, COTE Foundation, Bethany Foundation of Social Services, Star of Hope Romania Foundation and World Vision Romania Foundation, the offices from Iasi and Vaslui.
